Citrus generation: top up your vitamins with tangerines!

Citrus generation: top up your vitamins with tangerines!

Tangerines, originating from the mandarin tree found in Asia, are grown in hot climates. They are popular with consumers as they have no pips!

Tangerines are subtly acidic with a sweet and fragrant pulp. The zest and juice give a fresh and fruity flavour. A major trend in the beverage sector for 2020, it perfectly matches non-alcoholic beverages such as still and sparkling water, and  makes a sensational pairing with beer.

This trend is more than seasonal as the number of mandarin products launched worldwide has increased by + 27% over the past three years .

Create a more complex profile, combining mandarin with floral notes like hibiscus as well as other citrus fruit like orange and lemon.
