Our CAROMELS®, more than just caramels
With more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing caramels, METAROM has become expert in the fields of dairy desserts, ice cream and chocolate-making.
The making of our CAROMEL® range of flavoured caramels involves 3 specialists in caramel R&D, a pilot plant, an applications laboratory and 2 production sites.
The analytical laboratories are used to study and adjust the various parameters of our CAROMELS®. Adapting CAROMELS® to our clients’ processes and the organoleptic needs of their products is METAROM’s priority.
